Last updated: 9 August 2026
Vidoodle respects intellectual property. We remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers.
1. Filing a DMCA takedown notice (USA)
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), send a written notice to our designated agent at bigmindoffical@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or precise location of the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We aim to action valid notices within 48 hours and will notify the uploader with a copy of your notice.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or your local court if you reside outside the USA). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
3. United Kingdom
UK rights holders may notify us under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002. Send the same details as above; on receipt of actual knowledge of unlawful material we act expeditiously to remove it.
4. India
Complaints under the Copyright Act 1957 (Section 52(1)(c)) and Rule 75 of the Copyright Rules 2013 may be sent to the same address. Material identified in a valid complaint is disabled for 21 days pending a court order, as required by the Rules. Grievances under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days by our Grievance Officer at bigmindoffical@gmail.com.
5. AI-generated output
Outputs are produced from your prompt by third-party models. If you believe an output reproduces your protected work, trademark, or likeness, report it and we will remove it from our systems and block the prompt pattern where feasible.
6. Repeat infringers and false claims
Accounts that receive multiple valid complaints are terminated. Knowingly filing a false notice can expose you to damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
