Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Request a refund within 7 days of payment if fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been used.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Fully consumed credit packs are non-refundable.

If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the credit is automatically restored. If it is not, email us with the timestamp and we will re-credit your account manually.

Plans are activated manually, so there is nothing to auto-renew. Simply stop purchasing to cancel. You keep any unused credits until your account is deleted.

You have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. By starting a generation you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel for credits already consumed.
