Terms & Conditions

Vidoodle provides AI-assisted generation of images, thumbnails, social creatives, short video edits, code scaffolds, product research and chat. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and are provided on an “as is” basis.

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• One person or organisation per account; you are responsible for all activity on it.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, or credit manipulation.

• New accounts receive free starter credits. Credits are consumed per generation and are not legal tender.
• Paid credits are activated manually after you send payment proof to our WhatsApp/email contact.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if an account is deleted.
• Prices may change; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

You agree not to use Vidoodle to create or distribute:

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or a person's likeness or publicity rights.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, impersonate, or interfere with elections.
• Hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, or content illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Malware, phishing kits, or code intended to compromise systems.
• Automated bulk requests that degrade the service for others.

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display it so we can operate the service. Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable law, you may use the outputs you generate, including commercially. Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee outputs are unique or protectable. See our AI Usage & Rights page for details.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and comparable US and Indian consumer laws).

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of India having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the EEA or the United States, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and local courts available to you.
