• Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in), and account creation date.
• Content data: prompts you type, reference images or audio you upload, and the outputs the AI generates for you.
• Usage data: credit balance and deductions, tools used, timestamps, and error logs.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate country, and referring page.
• Communications: emails you send us at bigmindoffical@gmail.com and any payment confirmation you share with us.

• To create and secure your account and deliver the tools you request.
• To send your prompt and uploads to AI model providers so a result can be generated.
• To meter credits, prevent abuse and detect fraudulent or automated usage.
• To improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand aggregate product usage.

Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, your consent for non-essential cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.

• AI model providers (for example NVIDIA NIM and Google Gemini via our AI gateway) that receive your prompt and any uploaded reference file to produce the output.
• Web scraping/search providers used only when you paste a public URL into a tool.

We do not sell your personal data. Transfers outside your country are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK IDTA.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Generated content and prompts are kept in your library until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Logs are retained for up to 12 months. After deletion, backups age out within 30 days.

• UK/EU GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK ICO or your local supervisory authority.
• USA (CCPA/CPRA, where applicable): right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal information.
• India (DPDP Act 2023): right to access a summary of your data, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination.

Vidoodle is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EEA and under 18 in India without verifiable parental consent). We delete such accounts when identified.

We use encrypted transport, row-level access controls and least-privilege server keys. No system is perfectly secure. If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email.
